“Your playing small does not serve the world. Who are you not to be great?” ― Nelson Mandela
Today, we have the inimitable opportunity to lead ourselves and engage in conversations and experiences that leave a lasting impact of service toward others. We must not permit the fear of failure to halt us from stepping outside of our comfort zones.

When in doubt, the best way to help ourselves is to look for ways to assist others. The individuals we share with today afford us a critical opportunity to practice random acts of kindness. We must listen to learn first, then unlearn and relearn to become better individuals, leaders and, ultimately, human beings.
There is a hero inside each of us. As change agents and positive difference-makers, we would be wise to master the heroic quality of placing ourselves in the shoes of others.
No matter tomorrow’s uncertainties or obstacles, we should never stop being good people just because of some unkind ones. We should never overlook how much can be achieved when we approach life and find solutions through the lens of We instead of Me.
Today is a gift to take care of the spirit that makes us uniquely who we are while serving others. May we allow our positive energy and mindset on the possibilities of life to be contagious catalysts to inspire the change we wish to see.
To the men and women who have sacrificed their livelihood and breath for our rights, liberties, equities and freedoms — Happy Remembrance Day! We honour you today and every day for representing the true meaning of sacrifice, courage, and sovereignty with grace.
