Change can feel uncomfortable and nerve-racking. But it is needed to evolve and for newness to emerge in our lives. I am still a works in progress.

Discovering what you were born to do requires trial and error. Without mistakes, there is neither learning or innovation. Life is about being your best, not being better than everyone else.

To this day, I focus on reaching for my outer limits while being a disruptor of the status quo. Never allow the fear of the unknown to hinder you from taking risks. Always seek to stretch your abilities beyond where you are comfortable. 

Each of us has the opportunity to acknowledge our mistakes and learn from them. Our ignorance is invisible to us, but not to others. We must have the courage to know when we are part of the problem. I’ve learned over the years every action has an intended and unintended side effect. Realizing we never are meant to have all the answers, so asking thoughtful questions becomes vital. As we navigate the game of life together, one of the greatest blessings, we will be able to give is the truth. Explore the truth. Challenge the truth and let go of the need always to be right. 

Often we worry about the wrong things. When it is all said and done, life is about legacy more than currency. Live your life the way you want to be remembered. Leave footprints of kindness wherever you go while challenging yourself to discover new ways of thinking and performing.

You have gifts inside you that have never been exposed and a journey of self-discovery waiting to be explored. So together, let’s strive to exhaust ever finite niche of our potential during our time here on Earth!
