World Tour to Continue! The Self-Discovery Tour

I’m on this self-discovery journey with Ginger-Bella, and learning a profound duality that exists within each of us — the inner and outer version of Ginger and me. The outer Brian is the persona I present to the world, garnished with achievements, possessions, and social status. The outer me, with its consistency and alluring, often attracts me to seek
success and assurance solely in the eyes of others while tirelessly striving to accumulate material meaningless possessions, chase societal expectations, and mold themselves to fit predefined socially acceptable molds.

Hong Kong Sevens – pure gluttony

However, this external pursuit is like chasing a delusion, a fantasy — it provides temporary satisfaction but fails to provide lasting fulfillment and peace.

On the other hand, the inner me/you embody our deepest thoughts, emotions, feelings, and values — the core essence that characterizes who we truly are. The inner self embodies our thirsts, visions, and aspirations, waiting to be recognized and shared with the world.

When we take the time to explore our passions, contemplate on our future adventures, and connect with our core beliefs, we uncover the deeply profound wisdom that resides within.

Ginger-Bella and Her Faithful Friends – true love and friendship

At my age, I have come to profoundly understand that genuine joy stems from aligning the outer self with the inner self, rather than seeking external validation at the cost of our authenticity.

As we navigate the journey of life, compassionately encouraging the inner self, we can have a transformative impact not only on our own existence but also on the lives of those around us.

Remember, the inner me versus the outer me is not a battle to be won but a harmonious union to be nurtured — a union that has the potential to change our lives and others for the better.
