Within our lives, and with each breath, we are capable of slowing down and reconnect with our real selves. With humility and an open mind, I continue to realize it is always possible to learn more, discover more, contribute more, and listen more.
Our lives, my life, are comprised of stories, events, and experiences. Our path toward wisdom, truth, and understanding is an eternal pilgrimage. Our happiness does not depend on the decisions of others. Try not to take other people personally because it is within our control to free ourselves from relining on external forces to validate our self-worth.
I am learning to let go of everything that does not make me better. The nature of our questions determines the quality of our lives. While the past is an enjoyable place to visit, it is not a great place to live. Nothing new and life-changing ever transpires in the past. How we choose to manage our time, energy, and environment allows us to go with a path forward driven by curiosity, understanding, wisdom, and truth.
Never stop believing, asking the question ‘Why?’ and living free.
Be you be unique and smile.
