As this erratic and bizarre year of 2020 comes to an end, we now have a golden opportunity to begin making peace with what is, letting go of what is not, while forgiving ourselves and others to welcome in what is meant to be.
Our thoughts have a life-changing effect on whom we turn into and the ambitions we manifest in our daily living. Appreciate and reflect the emotions felt in 2020 and comprehend their validity. The emotions that feel painful, distressing, and forbidding do not make us inadequate; they merely make us human.
If in doubt through 2021, be kind. There is immense power in practicing compassion towards ourselves and others. Compassion is anchored in acceptance, forgiveness, and love. With the gift of life, we have the fortuity to learn or unlearn, hide or discover, degrade or heal, wane or prosper each day. Learning to embrace, accept, and make harmony with life’s many challenges is not always the easiest, but a transcending act in exploring the furthest depths of who we are will create change. Continue being unique throughout 2021.
Happy New Year to you and yours! Our team at The Vatic Foundation wishes you a 2021 filled with grace and gratitude.
